Service-Level Agreement Policy

Our servers have had 99.9% uptime since launch. We do updates to our application weekly, but our updates are immediate and do not require downtime. 

In the event an update or server maintenance requires downtime of 30 minutes or longer, we will give a notification 48 hours in advance.
