Bloomerang Integration

Bloomerang is a cloud based donor management and fundraising software for nonprofits of various sizes. Its core functionality includes a donor database and constituent relationship management (CRM) system, dashboards and custom reporting, engagement meters, email marketing tools, data analytics, and integrated online giving forms.

How much does the integration cost?

This integration is included in Starter, Pro, and Premium packages. It is not available for Free Trial packages.

How do I set up the integration?

  1. Go to Settings (top right-hand corner of your portal).
  2. Click Integrations & APIs (menu on the left-hand side).
  3. Click Connect in the Bloomerang section.
  4. Log into your Bloomerang account.
  5. Toggle on Create a ThankView workflow after a gift is added in Bloomerang.
  6. Match your columns between Bloomerang and ThankView to ensure that contacts are successfully imported.
  7. Set up your desired workflows.

What workflows are available?

  • Send a Video: adds a constituent to a ThankView campaign and sends a specific video to that constituent immediately.
  • Attach a Video: adds a constituent to a ThankView campaign and attaches a specific video from your Video Library to that constituent.
  • Add to a List: adds a constituent to a ThankView list that you've already created.
  • Add to a Campaign: adds a constituent to a ThankView campaign that you've already created.
