If you have unlimited contacts, there is a cap of 10,000 ThankView sends per day.

ThankView allows your outreach to be personal and meaningful. In order to maintain our goal of purposeful outreach and to preserve our server reputation, we limit the number of sends in a 24-hour period. 

Only a small percentage of campaigns have been over 10,000, so this limit does not largely affect the outreach of our clients.
