Updating Your Email

1. Log into your ThankView portal and click the monogrammed dropdown in the upper right-hand corner.
2. Click Settings > My Profile > Update name and email.
3. You will be prompted to enter a new name and/or email address.
4. Click Update Info.

Updating Your Password

1. Click the monogrammed dropdown in the upper right-hand corner.
2. Click Settings > My Profile > Change Password.
3. You will be prompted to enter your current password and an updated one.
4. Click Change Password.
