Why am I receiving an error message when recording with my webcam?

If you are having trouble recording a video inside ThankView using your webcam:

  • Make sure your browser has been recently updated.
  • Clear your browser's cache.
  • Clear your browser's cookies and make sure third party cookies are not blocked.
  • Check your browser's settings to make sure that ThankView has permission to access your microphone and webcam.
  • Try a different browser.
